Ferrets and falcons in Bedfont this Sunday

The annual Bedfont Lakes Country Fair returns on Sunday July 20 for its 14th year and promises to be a great family day out.

This year the park will be packed with fun activities and displays including falconry displays, Titan the Robot, Lurcher displays, ferret and terrier racing, Charlie the Clown and a fun fair.

Hounslow Urban Farm will be bringing some of its animals along and there will also be craft displays and demonstrations of different rural activities.

The Country Fair is one of Hounslow's most spectacular annual outdoor events drawing large crowds from all over the borough and beyond, last years event attracted over 60,000 visitors and similar numbers are expected this year.

The event is from 12-5pm and there is a small charge for parking.
